THOMAS L. MELLY – President, Principal, CIO-US, Portfolio Manager joined Simms Capital Management in 1990, elected Principal in 1994 and became President in 2004.  Previously, Mr. Melly was with Lake Partners, Inc., an independent investment consulting firm which advises high net worth investors and private and institutional investment partnerships.   He was an institutional fixed income specialist at Autranet, Inc. and Tucker, Anthony & R.L. Day, Inc. from 1985 to 1988.  From 1981 until 1983 he was an account officer and credit analyst at Chemical Bank.  Mr. Melly received his M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth in 1985 and his B.A. from Trinity College in 1980.

JENNIFER D. MILLER - Principal, CIO–International, Portfolio Manager joined Simms Capital Management in 1991 and became a Principal in 1995.  Previously, Ms. Miller spent six years in the Investment Strategy Group at Salomon Brothers Inc.  Her responsibilities included quantitative and technical analysis of the firm’s priority positions.  Ms. Miller received her M.B.A. from the Stern Graduate School of Business at New York University in 1990 and her B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University in 1982.

ROBERT A. SIMMS – Founder, Portfolio Manager, Mr. Simms founded Simms Capital Management, Inc. in 1984. From 1984 to 2004, Mr. Simms was President & CEO.  Mr. Simms was with Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. from 1972 to 1984, becoming a General Partner in 1977.  His responsibilities included Manager of the Institutional Department, Manager of the Options and Futures Department, and Director of Asset Management Services.  He was Executive Vice President of Black & Co. from 1968 to 1972, a member of the Institutional Sales Department of Paine, Webber, Jackson & Curtis from 1965 to 1968 and a research analyst for Dominick & Dominick from 1961 to 1965.  He received a B.A. from Rutgers University in 1960.

KHADY N. FALL - Portfolio Analyst, joined SCM in 1999. Mrs. Fall graduated from Sacred Heart University in 1998 with her M.B.A. in Finance.  Prior to, she received her B.S. from Université François Rabelais in Tours, France in 1995 where she majored in Economics.
